Timber Ridge Camp is available for about 9 months of the year.
After the summer camp season ends, Timber Ridge Camp operates
as the Timber Ridge Conference & Retreat Center and hosts
a wide variety of organizations that travel from Virginia
to Pennsylvania!
 The
Timber Ridge Conference & Retreat Center is a multi-faceted
facility that hosts: High School Marching Bands,
Football & Basketball Camps, Conferences, Religious Retreats,
Family Reunions, Weddings, Senior Class Trips, Bar Mitzvah’s,
Business Meetings, Scout Outings, Youth Group Getaways, and
a wide variety of other rental groups which come from Pennsylvania,
Virginia, and Maryland.
We also specialize in daily and weekend company retreats from
Winchester and the Washington DC suburbs. This is a very unique
opportunity to give the ultimate company picnic and team building
experience. We have relationship with some of the top motivational
speakers, who work with company’s throughout the country.
A company retreat to Timber Ridge is sure to boost moral and
ultimately lead to better production from all employees.
Camp rental is the perfect answer
for many groups who are searching for site to host their group
function. Meals, lodging, and use of facilities at the daily
rate of about $50 per person
is hard to beat!
Timber Ridge Camp features:
• Accommodate from 50 to 350 guests!
• Guests are housed in large, comfortable, modern dormitory-style
cabins. Cabins are equipped with hot and cold water, individual
stall showers, ample electrical outlets, windows with screens
and lighted porches. Linens, blankets and pillows can be provided.
• Timber Ridge Camp also offers lodging facilities in
our brand new lodge that has 18 private double occupancy with
their own private bathroom.
• Private housing for an additional 40 people with separate
bathrooms.
• Gorgeous Swimming pool complete with outdoor lighting
for evening pool parties and special events.
• 10 championship tennis courts with lights for night
play and ball machines.
• Beautiful River which flows throughout our campus
which is great for canoeing and tubing
• Gorgeous, private, natural setting in the heart of
the Shenandoah Mountain’s. You'll never see stars like
these at night!
• Recreation Center & Lounge: Snack bar and game
room filled with pool tables, foosball (table soccer), ping
pong tables and commercial video games.
• Theater and Meeting Facility (80' by 40'). A dozen
smaller conference rooms are centrally located on our campus.
• Sports Center – Gymnasium Facility (20000 square
feet). Perfect facility for large meetings, social gatherings
and athletic events.
• Indoor Recreation center (50' by 30').
• 3 Softball and Baseball regulation fields.
• 3 Soccer, Lacrosse and Football regulation fields.
